Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the Amor Lingerie website terms and conditions for use. We recommend that you read them carefully before placing your order. By utilising the Amor Lingerie website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions as set out below. Please read these Terms of Sale. If you do not agree to these Terms of Sale please do not place an order.

Following our receipt of your completed electronic order and payment by credit or debit card, we will contact you by email to confirm the details on the form and supply you with an order reference number. A contract will be created between Amor Lingerie Ltd and you when we send that confirmatory email (order confirmation) to you.  If you wish to pay by cheque or postal order you should follow our Availability and Payment procedure below.  If we cannot, for any reason, accept and process your order, we will notify you accordingly.

We reserve the right to reject any order, as we see fit, without giving any reason.

We may change these Terms of Sale at any time by posting changes on this website, and without giving you notice, so please check these Terms of Sale whenever you complete an order form and before you submit it to us.  If you place an order with us after we have posted any change to these Terms of Sale, you will be agreeing to that change.

Please note that our Terms and Conditions of Use or our Privacy Policy may change at any time, so please check them each time you visit this website.

Right to cancel

If you are a consumer, i.e., if you are an individual and are placing an order for purposes outside your business, within the European Union, you may cancel your order before the expiry of seven working days beginning on the day after you receive the goods from us.  If you wish to cancel, please send an email to that effect to info@amorlingerie.co.uk

We are Amor Lingerie Ltd, registered in England.  Our registered number is 6241399.

Age of Consent

By placing and order at Amor Lingerie, you declare that you are of the appropriate legal age to purchase the items. If we discover that you are not legally entitled to order certain goods, we will not be obliged to complete the order.

Returns

Amor Lingerie has a no-nonsense no-quibbles returns policy.

The European Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 say that you have the right to cancel an order without giving a reason within 7 days.

At Amor Lingerie, you can cancel an order within 7 days for a full refund. If your order has already been despatched when we receive your cancellation, we will deduct the cost of shipping from your refund.

You may exchange unused and unopened products within 30 days for alternative items.

Unless items are defective, you return them to us at your expense. Alternatively, you may arrange for us to collect the goods from you, but a deduction will be made from the refund to cover the direct cost of collecting the goods.

The Amor Customer Care Treatment

You may exchange products for any reasons for up to 30 days after purchase as long as your products are unused and unopened.

If you have ordered something by mistake, or simply decide that you don't want it, you may return it to us at your expense for a replacement within 30 days.

For hygiene reasons Amor Lingerie cannot accept returns of the following if they have been opened or, if found to be unsuitable:

• Adult toys
• Creams
• Lubricants
• Massage oils
• Condoms
• Pasties
• All Hosiery
• Underwear ie. Knickers, Bra’s etc.

Returning lingerie and sexy clothing

What if your Amor lingerie doesn't fit? Or that sexy army outfit isn't quite the right shade of camoflague green? No problem!
You must keep all tags and labels intact. If they are removed, we cannot accept the returned item.
If not, please return the unwanted, unused and unlaundered items to us within 7 days for alternative products or a refund.

Returning DVDs and Videos

As specifically stated in the EC Distant Selling Regulations, we cannot accept returns of DVDs, videos and audio recordings if you have opened the seal.

Defective Items

If the product is defective, please give a full description of the fault and return it in its original box with all manuals and accessories for a full refund or replacement within 30 days of purchase.

If your item is faulty, please contact us and we will provide you with a freepost returns address.

All returned products are tested and will be sent back to you if they are working.

Please thoroughly clean all returned defective products and wrap them securely in a plastic bag.

To return an item

Please enclose a note giving the reason for the return, wrap the package securely and send it to the address below.

If you are returning an item because it is defective, or because of a mistake on our part, please contact us and we will provide you with a return address.

Alternately we can arrange to collect an item from you. The cost of collecting the item will be deducting from any refund that is due.

Refunds

The European Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 require us to say that your money will be returned within 30 days of cancellation, and it will be. In practice, it will be much quicker - within seven days of us receiving your returned product or us arranging to collect it from you.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Product Information

Whilst every effort has been made to display the colours of our products as accurately as possible on our website, the actual colours you see will depend on your own monitor. We can not guarantee that the colour displayed on your monitor will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery. Amor Lingerie takes all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on our website are correct at the time the information is entered onto the system. We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been entered onto our website incorrectly including prices and promotional activity. Prices are subject to change and without notice. All goods offered on the Amor Lingerie website are subject to availability. If an item you have ordered is out of stock before your order is accepted, we will notify you by email as soon as possible. Our website is updated on a regular basis.

Availability and Payment

Our prices and delivery charges are published on this website. The price and delivery charges payable are those in force at the date and time you send your order form to us.  We may change our prices and charges at any time.

We try to ensure that the prices and charges and availability published on this website are accurate, but we need to check the prices and charges on your order form.  We will inform you if our actual prices and charges are different from those stated on your order form and the availability of the items you have ordered. If our actual prices or charges are higher than those on your order form, you may cancel your order; if our actual prices and charges are lower, we will charge you the lower amount.

If you order online you must pay by credit or debit card at the time you send us your order.  We accept payment by Visa, Visa Delta, Switch, Solo, Maestro, Mastercard and American Express.  If you wish to pay by cheque or postal order, you should print out a copy of the offline order form  and post it, together with your postal order or cheque made payable to Amor Lingerie Ltd.

You undertake and warrant that all details you provide to us when you place your order will be correct, that any credit or debit card you use belongs to you, and that there are sufficient funds or credit facilities to cover the price of the items you order and our delivery charges.

We reserve the right to obtain validation of any credit or debit card details before accepting any order.

Our prices and charges are inclusive of any applicable Value Added Tax and all similar taxes or duties.  If your order is to be delivered to an address outside the United Kingdom you may have to pay import duties and taxes.  Please contact your local customs authorities for details.

Accuracy of Information, Warranties and Disclaimer

We try to ensure that any information and material on this website that has not been supplied by a third party is accurate, but we make no representation and give no warranty that any information or material is accurate, up to date or complete.  We accept no liability for any loss or damage caused by inaccurate information or material.

If you find any inaccurate, out of date or incomplete information or material on this website, or if you suspect that something is an infringement of intellectual property rights, you must let us know immediately by contacting info@amorlingerie.co.uk

Cancellation

All cancellations must be in writing and e-mailed to info@amorlingerie.co.uk within 24 hours of placing your order.

General

No delay, neglect or forbearance on our part in enforcing any provision of these Terms of Sale will be, or be deemed to be, a waiver or in any way prejudice any of our rights.

If any provision of these Terms of Sale is (for any reason), held to be unenforceable, illegal or invalid in some other way, the unenforceable, illegal or invalid provision will not affect the remainder of these Terms of Sale and they will continue in full force and effect.

These Terms of Sale are governed by English law and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.  The place of performance will be England.

No addition to, or modification of, any provision of these Terms of Sale will be binding on us unless made in writing and signed by our duly authorized representatives.  'Writing' includes email.

These Terms of Sale together with our Privacy Policy and your order form contain the entire agreement and understanding relating to the subject matter of your order. They supersede any earlier agreements, understandings or arrangements (whether oral and written) relating to that subject matter. You acknowledge that you are not placing your order on the basis of any statement, representation, warranty or other provision except those expressly contained or referred to in these Terms of Sale. Nothing in this Condition limits or excludes our liability for fraud.

Nothing in these Terms of Sale affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
